Suggest a better descriptionBoil the chicken livers in the chicken broth and butter for 10 minutes. Remove from the broth and chop most of the meat, mashing a small portion. Return all of the meat to the broth along with the cooked rice. Add water, if needed, to make it moist. Stir well.
